Enjoy unsurpassed comfort in a very quiet, natural and inspirational atmosphere. You are assured total privacy in the comfort of the suite, complete with serenity fountain, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen with all amenities, and a cocktail bar and pool table for your relaxation pleasure at the end of the day.

Break Out Rooms will include the Suite Living Room and Kitchen Areas, and the Den, Dining Room, and Living Room of the main residence, as well as numerous outdoor rest areas surrounded by beauty, wildlife, birds and nature. Bedrooms in the Suite are not for Break Out unless the accommodation has been reserved.

Play and stretch during your midday break. We have an expansive lawn area and gardens to enjoy. Play volleyball, badminton, bocce ball or croquet and get those juices flowing for the afternoon meeting!



Your Hostess is on site, and on call at all times during your meeting.

Projection Screen is provided.

Flip / White Chart (uses Post-It Notes with holes) is provided.


Telephones in Suite.

High Speed Internet service and wireless hook up in Suite.

Fax Machine on site and available at any time.

Pool table, Cocktail Bar, Outdoor Relaxation and Activities .

Ample Parking and Quiet un-interrupted Privacy.

We will gladly assist you wherever possible with transportation and personal assistance. The Suite and the grounds are very accessible to those with mobility difficulties. We have experience, and are comfortable assisting those with special needs or requirements.



Dietary Concerns will be met.

We are flexible! It is our goal to help you receive the maximum benefit from your time spent working and progressing your business. Your privacy and comfort is of the utmost importance to us, as are any special requirements that you may have. Please, just let us know and we will do our best to ensure that your meeting is a pleasant success! For comfort, maximum should be no more than 8 people.

Suite Rental $225.00 Does not include use of the bedrooms.
A discount may apply to AM meetings finished at or prior to 12:00 noon.

Overnight 1 Bedroom We may offer a special rate for one bedroom accommodation, only when combined with a Corporate Meeting.

Overnight 2 Bedrooms Please call for the special rates that apply to accommodation when booked with a Corporate Meeting.

(The prices will reflect a special discount for Corporate, and a special rate and consideration has been made for the use of only one bedroom. Additional discounts may apply to meetings or stays of more than 1 day consecutively)

Rates apply to full day meetings from Tuesday to Thursday. We host meetings on Fridays in the morning only, unless accommodation is required. A discount will be available. Special rates may apply to overnight stays on Monday nights, for those attending Tuesday AM meetings.

Morning Breakfast Meeting

Unlimited Coffee, Tea, Bottled Water and Filtered Ice-water

Pitcher Apple Juice and Pitcher Orange Juice

Fresh Baked Goods – may include Banana Loaf, Muffins, Scones, Cinnamon Buns and other assorted items. Butter and /or margarine.

Afternoon Luncheon Meeting

Unlimited Coffee, Tea, Bottled Water and Filtered Ice water.

Pitcher Vegetable, or Tomatoe Juice

Protein Platter ( Eggs and Cheese )

Tossed Salad and assorted dressings.

Coleslaw.

Assorted White and Whole Wheat Kaiser Buns,

Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham and Cheese, and Vegetarian,

(cucumber, tomatoes, sprouts, avocado, and Spanish onion)

All made with butter and mayo, mustard with meat unless specified.

Afternoon Fruit Platter and Sweets.

Unlimited Coffee, Tea, Bottled Water and Filtered Ice water.

Assortment of Cold Pop.

Sweets – may include home made Carrot Cake, Butter Tarts, Cookies, Apple Strudel, Brownies, or other assorted baked items.

Nanaimo Bar, Mini Cheesecake or other assorted sweets.

Fresh Fruit Platter, or Fresh Fruit Salad.

(You are welcome to provide your own catering service if desired.
