The Roosevelt Suite has two bedrooms, both with Queen size beds. There is also a Futon sofa bed available if required, which makes up into a double bed; providing additional accommodation should your party include more than 4 people. All the appliances you will need are in the Suite, including a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and much more.
In addition, The Rose Room, in-house and on the main floor of Elk Ridge Estate, sleeps 2 people in a double bed, and is available for larger groups traveling together. This room has it’s own convenient four piece ensuite and is steps from the hot tub, and your friends occupying the Roosevelt Suite.

PLEASE NOTE: The Suite at Elk Ridge Estate is an extension of our home. Maid service is not provided. Guests are required to wash, dry and return dishes to the cupboards, and leave the suite reasonably clean and tidy. A fully refundable cleaning and damage deposit is required prior to arrival. Your deposit will be fully refunded in the event that no damage has occurred, and cleaning can be completed in our usual amount of time. If no deposit has been made at the time of booking, a charge will be applied to the total bill wherever extra, or unusually difficult cleaning is required, or any damage has occurred to the suite, property or equipment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking all Accommodation,
Tours and Charters. Upon the approval of your deposit, a confirmation
letter will be sent to you.
Cancellation Policy on Accommodation
30-day cancellation policy in effect. Cancellations with
less then 30 days notice will forfeit the deposit; cancellations
with 30 days notice will be charged a $50.00 cancellation
fee. Short notice bookings made less than 30 days prior to
arrival require a deposit in the amount of 50% of total balance.
Deposit will be forfeited should the reservation be cancelled.
Cancellation of Tours and Charters
With a reasonable amount of notice, and provided the Tour
or Charter can be re-booked you will receive a refund of 50%
of total deposit. Without reasonable notice, or if short notice
does not allow time to re-book, the total deposit will be
forfeited.
